Don't do business with this man. He ran away with the deposit of one of my tenants. He said he had used it for personal use and was willing to pay it back in installments, but then he didn't hear from him anymore and he didn't show up again. He said he was in Indonesia. Scam artist! Don't do business with him, he will scam you if you give him the chance. Never transfer the deposit to him. You'll never get it back. Raffy the scam artist

Very good purchasing broker, helped me a lot with the entire process. Always reachable, even in the evenings and that's a unique quality in this time (most stop at 17:00 directly). After a year of searching myself where I always missed out, I was able to find a suitable home in 1 month thanks to Ukon Estate. He did the negotiations well, communication was clear and fast, all in all a very pleasant collaboration with him.
