Unfortunately, after being a customer for 9 years, I applied for insurance for a second car. The 'risk' analysis just determined that I would want to cover them up. Never had any issues. 2 recovery damages were neatly settled. And now, after 9 years of being claim-free, your story is not believed and you won't get the discount you normally should receive. Very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this company. Especially not as an intermediary. Now insurance has been arranged elsewhere where I do get the discounts and therefore pay much less than with verbrugge/zlm

Service delivery depends on which employee you encounter. Sometimes okay, then again too passive. Therefore, I would not recommend this broker.

Really nice company if you need temporary living space. You are helped quickly and the houses they have I find quite beautiful. The only downside is telephone accessibility, that's only in the morning. But via email they are very quick with answers.
