The first conversation with Martijn felt immediately pleasant. It was an (sales) introductory meeting (who are we, what are we going to do, what are the wishes), and he told us who they are. He had prepared well and knew everything about the neighborhood in terms of real estate. After we walked around the house, he immediately came up with a proposal. He also indicated that we would be doing it together and that we should feel good about it. We had other conversations with brokers but Martijn's stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Voordat we Elwin vonden, stond ons appartement al meer dan een jaar te koop bij twee andere makelaars, maar we hadden slechts een paar bezichtigingen en geen enkel bod ontvangen. When my nephew was hesitant about buying an apartment in Amsterdam at the end of 2022, the timing seemed anything but in his favor.
