Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. My father finally found the property he wanted. He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

They left the apartment so dirty that we couldn't clean it for a long time. Full trash cans with a chandelier in a green container. Messy shed, rooms. Why? There was a pandemic, everyone raised prices, we picked up the keys after signing the documents, now I know it is illegal. They probably knew the owner because he had given them permission and was ashamed to show himself. I have never seen such nonsense in a house for sale, and I have also looked at vacant properties. Our realtor also received the apartment from us, which was clean and in possession of the buyer. 1 point only because they chose it for us.

After speaking with a number of agents, I ultimately chose Danny Pellegrom from Beste Prijs Makelaars. He came across as friendly, honest, reliable, and straightforward, and I felt very comfortable with him. The prices he charges are also particularly reasonable. The first three months were very pleasant; he went above and beyond and helped me with matters that extended beyond just the house. My points of criticism were that the written text was utterly worthless and I wasn't satisfied with the photos. Also, appointments weren’t kept, resulting in missed viewings. Danny’s motivation decreased month by month, and he started arriving late frequently. This forced me to constantly meet the viewers, which led them to comment that it looked even better and more spacious in person than in the photos…. We were also going to have an open house, which went well. Another appointment that wasn't kept. After 4 months of having new photos taken (by his daughter), the house was removed from funda. Then, three weeks later when the photos still weren’t ready and my house still wasn’t back on funda, I contacted him and from that moment onwards communication deteriorated. There was no more consultation, nor was I kept informed. My house was no longer linked to move or to my fund account. A few days later, I was told that there would be several viewers and whether they could be scheduled for the first week of month 6. I indicated that this was possible. The date got closer and closer, but I heard nothing more. Two days before, I asked if anyone was still coming (something he always kept me informed about in the beginning) and that I hadn’t received any emails from Move or heard anything from him. Briefly, I was told that two people were coming, but shouldn't you also hear that from Move? No, I had already indicated that. Oh yes, apparently the reconnection had gone wrong and he would look into it. I never saw anything in move… Ultimately, an offer was made through an open registration process, and the couple with serious interest had inquired with Danny about what they should expect regarding the amount. His answer (he told me himself): 'Yes, I don’t know all that; I can't see that at the moment.' The result? An offer below the asking price… in a time when there were many overbids…. The agent started pushing me to accept it, but meanwhile something serious had happened to me so I seemed to have no other choice than to take the house off the market, which is what I didn’t want. I indicated that I needed a week before I could give an answer and communicated this to the bidders. This time was not granted to me by the agent. He repeatedly insisted on an answer and even said he would just say that you will only leave after half a year? I couldn't answer that either, and I felt incredibly pressured. I wanted to discuss this personally with him, but appointments were no longer possible with him. Ultimately, I had to make the decision to take the house off the market, and when I asked Danny about it, I immediately received a termination invoice and was told that the house would only be removed from funda and the other sales sites if I paid. I pointed out that I hadn’t discussed terminating the collaboration with anyone and had simply requested that the house be taken off the market. The response was that this was unclear. Two weeks later, the house still wasn't off the market, and I received an email saying he had viewers and what the status was. He left me no choice but to pay the invoice so that my house would finally be taken off the market! I find this scandalous, and all this stress was just too much for me. Super nice that you are responding with untruths :) if there is no appointment then someone doesn't open up and if people have other appointments then you don’t respond to the phone either, that’s true.

My experience with BestePrijsMakelaars.nl has unfortunately been very disappointing. Both the buyer and seller agreed on the price and delivery of the house, but the process stumbled on the conditions and the deficient communication via the real estate agent. Despite us having allowed, in good faith, the sale to be arranged through their real estate agent instead of our own, we have had to deal with several serious errors in the draft purchase agreement. Articles were added or omitted without consultation, which led to confusion and delay. Moreover, the buyer did not respond for weeks, further complicating the process. We made efforts to ensure that the sale proceeded smoothly, came twice with a price reduction, and tried to work constructively together, but the disappointing course of events has cost a lot of unnecessary time and undermined trust. Given this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend BestePrijsMakelaars.nl.
