My experiences with this office are very very bad!!!! The website states 'quality and personal contact'. Now I was called from a moving car, during which crucial information regarding the contract came up. Due to the poor quality of the connection, however, the gentleman was difficult to understand, so I asked him to call me back, to which he replied affirmatively. After this, I was not called back. An appointment was made by telephone with my mediator regarding the postponement date. From the very beginning it was clear that I would not meet the target date. There was then extensive contact between the mediator and the broker. This was not fed back to the selling party at the right time, resulting in financial repercussions.

Very bad service. Appointments are not kept at all, incorrect photos mean little to them. I will definitely not recommend them. Still regret ever going into business with them.
