Given our recent positive experiences as potential buyers, we immediately chose Vd Krabben and did not discuss it with other real estate agents. Within 1 week after this conversation, the stylist had already come by for tips and the photos had already been taken by the photographer. In the meantime, they at Vd Krabben had already created the accompanying texts, so that after 1.5 weeks our house appeared on funda. Within 3 working days, there were miraculously 5 viewings scheduled and after 6 days it was sold. We were excellently guided during this process by the employees of Vd Krabben. Agreed appointments were kept meticulously and everyone was easily accessible!
