I tried to sell my house through Digimakelaars. At the beginning of our collaboration, I informed them about a problem I had with my neighbor, and I received assurance that it would not be an issue. However, during the first visit by potential buyers, my neighbor got into conversation with the realtor. As a result, they decided to terminate our cooperation immediately. Nevertheless, I have not received a refund of over € 700,- that I paid for the photography services. I do not recommend them; they are incompetent, unreliable and dishonest!

We are renting a house through Vesteda. The houses are now being offered for sale. This seems like a nice, good story with it, but then the offer is significantly higher than the official appraisal for market value. Previously, it was said that the house would be offered at a 'better price' (or with another resident 'casco') than normal on the market. Unfortunately, this is not correct. It’s still strange that a real estate agent states upfront that they have never sold a house in this area and then doesn’t go along with an appraisal from a real estate agent from around here.... For people in Rhenen who are in the same situation or will be getting it offered, keep in mind that the appraisal will be lower than the bid and you will therefore need to have quite a bit of your own money. Really a shame since we really wanted to buy it but the pitch was nicer than reality.

It was a nice experience to do the viewings yourself and meet people, but with a brokerage team that helps you further with every step.

After a pleasant conversation with Jolanda, I had a good 'feeling' and decided to go with Digimakelaars. At that moment, I was able to take advantage of an offer. I initially wanted to sell my apartment myself but decided that I would appreciate some guidance. After making a comparison of the different online real estate agents, I ended up with digimakelaars. Although they were not the cheapest, a good feeling and the fact that they (Oss) are located in my region (Nijmegen) tipped the scales. The photos and video for Funda were made by ZIEN24 which was also a very pleasant experience, beautiful photos! After registering and paying 1475 upfront, Guido came to my home in Nijmegen to make an assessment for the asking price, which I had thought of as 300000 euros, he agreed with that. I did the viewings myself, which turned out to be quite heavy looking back. Especially since I did 25 viewings within two weeks. But by doing this you save a considerable amount on brokerage fees, in my case around 2500 euros. We also received good advice from Digimakelaars in advance regarding the photography of the house. They hire an external company, specializing in real estate sales photography, to photograph the house. The photographer was very enthusiastic about the preparations we had made with the tips from Digimakelaars. We had cleaned up every room and put the excess items into moving boxes. We could then slide them out of sight when the photographer wanted to photograph the room and slide them back in when the photographer was finished. You can decide for yourself how many viewings you want to do. Traditional real estate agents will never do as much as we did. We had 22 viewings and at one point also had to reschedule viewing appointments. We spent a weekend on these 22 viewings and the following week, some evening viewings. Then the bidding process closed on Friday. All in all, this lasted a week during which you can decide when the viewings can take place. A great advantage of doing your own viewings is that you meet the people who are interested in your house yourself, you can tell them a lot about the house with enthusiasm (usually more than a traditional real estate agent can do), and you can describe the neighborhood where you live well. We received many positive reactions from potential buyers who had already done a lot of home viewings. We are therefore also convinced that this concept will lead to more bids than usual.
