It was stated on multiple occasions that I would be called back, but unfortunately that has not happened. 3x not In this way, I would not enter into any cooperation myself; after all, you certainly don't want to treat a potential buyer like this. Very sorry. The following message from spitman is correct, I have called back three times based on this and then tried to make an appointment, I would be called back later, but this has never happened three times and also after I had mentioned it and they would take extra care to call me back.

The contact proceeded very pleasantly. Appointments were always met on time. After viewings, contact was always initiated to discuss further. Important decision moments were always discussed in a personal conversation (face to face).

Makes a mess of things. Doesn't keep you informed, have to constantly call to follow up. Everything goes slowly and then they forget to include you in the information about a viewing and don't even acknowledge that this is sloppy.

We have been working with Spitman - Henrike van Wilgenburg - for years, in cases of rental and/or sale of properties in our real estate portfolio. We always receive good advice and the communication is clear and smooth. I would definitely recommend Spitman as a real estate agent.

Very pleasant and friendly contact, however we had a discussion about the asking price of our house. They were the only ones of the 4 invited sales brokers who came with a significantly lower value and advised selling price. Fortunately, we followed our gut feeling and went with another broker. Our house was sold within 2 weeks for a much higher price than Spitman's ‘highest achievable’. For us it is still incomprehensible that they advised so differently compared to the rest and were also the most expensive in terms of commission. We got the feeling that they lacked knowledge of the market in our (popular) Arnhem residential area.

We would have a viewing today. We both took time off for this and made sure we were on time. After waiting for 10 minutes, we called to see where the realtor was. Then we were told that the property had already been sold. We were not informed of this in any way. Neither by phone nor by email. The receptionist was quite nonchalant about it. I find this very unprofessional.

Most WORTHLESS intermediary ever!!! Working with landlords who don't care about tenants, and Spitman refuses to collaborate in case of problems. They supposedly promise that they will pay better attention to which people they allow to rent but I already know that this is a fairy tale. Due to the shortcomings of both Spitman and the landlord, I have suffered physical and mental damage!!!. Never enter into a partnership with these malpractice!!!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience with Spitman. We bought a house where 5 hidden defects appear to be (which also have to do with safety). The real estate agent Henrike doesn't seem to take us seriously, takes no action and does not call back. It’s a shame we now have to involve legal assistance insurance instead of trying to find a suitable solution together... 😪

badly shares personal information about me with neighbors, blackens my name with potential buyers of the adjacent property. Totally worthless, I won't do business with them!!

Recently sold my house through Spitman real estate agents, Henrike assisted me and my wife very well! The house was already sold within a few weeks and even for more than our asking price! Henrike has a no-nonsense approach and her advice to make some adjustments here and there in the interior clearly had an effect. We would never have achieved the quick sale without Spitman real estate agents. Next time we will definitely engage Spitman Makelaars again.
