I would like to share my huge disappointment regarding the way in which the property I purchased through real estate agent Thomas Kortekaas (Zigt) has turned out. The information provided in the Funda description was completely inaccurate and misleading. Important facilities that were specifically mentioned in the advertisement are missing, and furthermore there are defects in the property that were not disclosed. This has led to a situation where I am now the victim of careless and inaccurate communication. In addition, Thomas Kortekaas withheld important details about the VvE (Homeowners Association), which was essential for me to make a well-considered decision about the purchase. Withholding such crucial information and providing incomplete or inaccurate data is absolutely unacceptable. It is clear that there is a lack of professionalism and transparency in the way this sale was conducted. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing or selling a property through this real estate agent, as I am now dealing with the consequences of this misleading and careless approach. The real estate agent stated that a counterpayment was considered unnecessary and nonsense.

At the beginning of this year, my partner and I made the decision to move to Arnhem. We received a tip from a friend who has made the same decision to contact Zigt as a purchasing agent. That turned out to be good advice, because from the first moment we felt welcome. You can also get mortgage advice here, which was the most positive experience for me.
