Wij hebben tijdje terug een taxatie laten uitvoeren door Wim van Van Ons Makelaars en zijn ontzettend tevreden over hoe alles is verlopen. Wim is niet alleen uiterst professioneel, maar ook enorm vriendelijk en prettig in de omgang. Hij heeft ons niet alleen uitstekend geholpen met de taxatie zelf, maar ook met een aantal randzaken waarvoor hij echt de tijd nam. Dat waarderen we enorm. Zijn persoonlijke benadering en betrokkenheid maakten het hele proces ontzettend prettig, je kunt hem altijd bellen voor een vraag of advies. Van ons krijgt Wim een dikke 10! We zouden hem zonder twijfel aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare taxateur of makelaar. Echt een topman!

Een taxatie laten verrichten door Wim Kemperman. Communicatie verliep stroef tijdens het proces en de datum werd steeds opgeschoven. Uiteindelijk wel een taxatierapport mogen ontvangen. De kosten van de taxatie zijn ruim €500, dit is een goede prijs.

No pleasant broker. Bad photos of the property. Colors looked red! No consultation about the text on Funda. Many things just didn't add up. No clearly specified invoice. No transparency. Viewings cost €25 with him but he doesn’t indicate how many viewings he had. Strange way of working.

Friendly man, we were in a big hurry with our appraisal, Wim helped us well. Even after the bank had more questions, Wim quickly took care of this. Coincidentally, I saw the reviews and felt that I must respond because I don't recognize myself in this at all. We haven't (yet) bought a house from Van Ons real estate agents, but we were allowed to view 3 times!! at a house in Huissen. You don't see that anymore these days. Wim took plenty of time for us and our parents and gave us the space to think quietly. He is calm and transparent and puts you at ease. We had a very pleasant experience with Van Ons Makelaars, even though it unfortunately didn't work out.

Wim Kemperman performed an appraisal for us. The communication was difficult; we had to supposedly chase him to get the appraisal done. Now it turns out that the appraised value deviates significantly from the asking price and purchase price. Inquiries with other real estate agents show that this rarely occurs, especially in the current market, and that Wim Kemperman therefore could not adequately assess the value of the house; there appears to be a lack of skill and knowledge about the area. So don't be tempted by the 'attractively priced' appraisal, because it can end up costing you dearly. When contacting him for an explanation regarding this appraisal, he spoke very bluntly, saying 'no explanation is possible,' and I was lectured on matters that were not applicable. Mr. [Kemperman] has his money and subsequently became unresponsive to reason. People, be warned about this real estate agent!

Wim is a true people person, skilled and friendly. He has invested a lot of time and energy in us and our buying and selling. Always willing to investigate something, call back, explain things etc. We are very happy with the collaboration and would definitely recommend him. Don't expect a hurried, quick young man, but a thorough broker who takes the time for you and genuinely enjoys his profession.
