Very bad experience with Paul Floor. Viewed the same apartment twice. The first time, I was misled because Paul thought that the seller would leave appliances like a refrigerator and cabinets behind due to downsizing. Three months later, we went back to the same apartment again, as the price had dropped. We were accompanied by a buyer's agent. Paul made us wait until he finished his phone call. When I asked about the age of the kitchen, the response in an unfriendly tone was: 'What does that matter?' I asked another question for which he remained silent. When I said that he knew little about the offered property, he became angry and told me to keep my mouth shut. He stated that he had more properties for sale. That's not how you treat a potential buyer for an apartment.
