In May 2019, my husband and I started looking for a new house. By chance, Corio real estate agents was the selling company, engaged for the first property we viewed. During the viewing, we started talking with Annet Kleinen, the agent who showed us around. When it came up that we still had to sell our current home and hadn't yet chosen an agent, she made a non-binding appointment with us to perform a valuation. Annet was incredibly attentive and really helped us get things sorted out for the sale. That is why we were happy to work with Corio real estate agents. The collaboration went perfectly. If we had questions, we could always contact Annet, and if she wasn't available for any reason, we could safely leave our questions with the back office. We never remained unassisted. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Aleyna, one of the Rotsvast agents. She has greatly helped me and my daughter. The housing situation in Maastricht is appalling; we were desperately searching for a nice place to stay for months, contacted agencies, were rejected and ignored countless times, and were also told that we would not be able to find accommodation for this year due to high demand. At one point I was even considering renting a caravan for my daughter... Fortunately, Rotsvast opened its arms to us and is the first agency that answers the phone neatly and politely. SCAM!!!! ATTENTION, do not rent here!! They did not refund the full deposit, even though I left the studio in PERFECT condition! (See photos) Really a bad experience, if you need anything, they are nowhere to be found!!! I am going to report this to the Maastricht municipality office so that they can take action.

Terrible experience!!!!!! I had to fight to get my deposit back! And after more than a month, I received less money because they said they had costs!!! I have proof that the apartment was in perfect condition. I am going to report the real estate agency to the municipality of Maastricht!!! Please believe me, stay away.

Linda is pleasant to deal with and helpful. This house and the circumstances weren't an easy job, but it was still achieved. There was only a large difference between the selling price and the final yield, but that was because something seen as an advantage in the house turned out to be a disadvantage for many interested parties.
