Bids should be anonymous, so this shouldn't play a role. The real estate agent appeared to have passed information on to another bidder, while I did not receive any information after the bids about being the highest bidder. This real estate agent is still conducting business based on favoritism. He does not adhere to the rules of 'fair bidding'. It is very frustrating not to be allowed to buy the house while being the highest bidder. You feel like a victim of the game that the seller and real estate agent are playing. Imagine my surprise when this real estate agent called me 8 months later asking me to remove the review. He was 'suffering' from the review and was also a victim. It is unclear why he is also a victim. Ethical conduct is not a priority for this real estate agent, commissions are.
