08 Jan 2025Onze zoektocht naar ons droomhuis was er een van de lange adem, maar ondanks dat het heel lang heeft geduurd om het juiste huis te vinden stond Boy altijd voor ons klaar. Altijd was Boy goed bereikbaar en werd er super mee gedacht. Boy heeft voor ons ook ons oude huis verkocht, enorm kundig en prettig contact! We hebben er echt alles kunnen uithalen zowel verkoop als aankoop. Dank team Goessens!

Alle obstakels die wij tegen kwamen heeft Boy mee overwonnen. Wij hebben de samenwerking als prettig, open en transparant ervaren. Boy is daarmee steeds helpend en eerlijk geweest. Ook met de verkoop van ons eigen huis was het een fijne samenwerking en lage de reële verwachtingen steeds open op tafel.

06 Mar 2024Erik Bessems does not measure the areas of the Sonnevijver houses and gardens. Subsequently, he covers himself with the official sales deed. Once you have signed, you can no longer hold Bessems or the notary liable. A tip for prospective buyers: measure the house and garden yourself before proceeding to the final purchase. Bessems is paid handsomely to sell the house but compulsory measurements as a real estate agent, he has no desire for that. Sad but true.

06 Mar 2023I still feel guilty about nominating this Bessems realtor regarding the sale of my mother's house in Kanne. Will de Jonge was enormously enthusiastic and really wanted to take charge of this sale. This turned out differently because Will de Jonge suddenly no longer worked for Bessems Realty the week after our commitment. What I find utterly scandalous is that we were never informed about this. Will was our point of contact, would represent us in the sale of my mother's house. Forgotten perhaps? We are not talking about a bag of candy but about a house. A bad start. After this, the entire sale unfolded into one big drama, a chain reaction of very poor communication and many mistakes, too many to mention. All in all, a very stressful experience for everyone, but especially for my 85-year-old mother. I would therefore certainly not recommend this realtor.

06 Mar 2023Would I recommend this broker? No definitely not! I would even strongly advise against this office to anyone who asks for my opinion. This agency was allowed to sell my mother's house in Belgium. Initially, we dealt with broker Wil de Jonge from Bessems agency who really wanted to sell the house for us. Due to his enthusiasm for the assignment, my mother chose Bessems. However, when I went to hand over the keys at the office for the first viewing, I was told that Mr. de Jonge no longer worked for Bessems agency. The agency did not inform us about this and they could not tell me which broker would take over Mr. de Jonge's duties. After some insistence on my part, I received an email address where I could go with my questions. I emailed and am still waiting for a response to this day..... On the day of the viewing, I myself went to wait in the building to see which broker would take on our assignment. From that moment on, Mr. Kornips was our broker but we missed the involvement, advice and expertise you would expect from a broker. And even at the time of transfer with the notary, our broker remained deficient....the energy label had not been forwarded and there was a file missing which we were unaware existed. We had requested prior to the transfer for completeness assessment of the file but also there the broker did not respond. The buyer's notary withheld 5000 euros from the purchase price until we could provide the file. A lot of stress for us and our 85-year-old mother, therefore. And from the broker no recognition for their mistakes, no empathy but a well-deserved generous commission. Even our ability to rate on funda has been blocked by Bessems which makes me wonder how much those laudatory reviews actually mean if you block negative feedback. I say in any case 'brokerage firm Erik Bessems?!' NEVER AGAIN!

Initially, there was some noise on the line regarding communication and coordination during the sales process. Erik was very receptive to feedback and took action accordingly. This resulted in a smooth subsequent procedure. Very nice to experience! The sales file looked top notch. The sale was also completed positively. Financial advice was also obtained from financial advisor Ronald Kusters (of Erik Bessems Makelaardij). Excellent help from Ronald with expert advice, pleasant explanation, good coordination and perfect follow-up of made appointments. Top! I would definitely recommend this brokerage firm!

06 Mar 2023This office sold my mother's house. It has only brought her and us (the children) a lot of frustration. I could tell a very long story full of examples of sloppy or simply negligent actions from Bessems Makelaardij. Especially the attitude in this case from Bessems was experienced by us as very disappointing. And when you then want to share your experience on Funda, they also took away that possibility by disabling this function for us. Even more disappointing. If only they were so quick in communication. It is a pity that we had a contract because our trust quickly disappeared. I would therefore certainly not recommend this real estate agency.

07 Apr 2021Jeannot Deckers heeft voor ons meerdere taxaties uitgevoerd en onze woning in Maastricht verkocht. Jeannot is goed bereikbaar en schakelt snel. Bovendien denkt hij veel verder mee met de klant dan je puur op basis van de opdracht zou mogen verwachten. Wij hebben dit zeer gewaardeerd. Ook vanuit diverse geïnteresseerden hoorden wij achteraf dat Jeannot hun heel prettig te woord had gestaan. Dat geeft toch een goed gevoel. Hij weet (door zijn bouwkundige ervaringen uit het verleden) exact waarover hij praat en kan daardoor vragen inhoudelijk op de juiste manier beantwoorden en het verkoopproces van A tot Z op een goede manier begeleiden. Wij zouden 4D vastgoed dan ook aan een ieder aanbevelen!

19 Sep 2024For us, it was the first time our house had to be sold. In addition, we had already made the purchase of our new home, so we found it an exciting period. The Vrijthof Makelaars Team helped us fantastically through this (luckily short) period thanks to clear communication and personal guidance and approach. What was also very nice was that they always kept their promises, and for us it was always clear what was going on and we could switch whenever needed. The professional approach with photos and videos of our house was also very well received; the photographer even had a drone to take beautiful environment images. The team was always available via telephone, email or WhatsApp. Selling your house is always exciting, but I would definitely choose Vrijthof Makelaars again.

Zekerheuts doesn't come to assess the damage on site. Here, the human aspect is overlooked. I am taking all my policies and the mortgage to another agency, where there is room for a human approach.
