We went to view a house where Boy was the realtor, and even returned afterwards to ask if he could sell our house when we decide to sell, as our first contact with Boy was so pleasant. A few months later we bought a house where Boy was the realtor and Goessens&Goessens sold our house with Boy as the realtor. Everyone who works there is amazing, but a special word of thanks to Boy, you are such a nice man! 19 Jun 2022I still feel guilty about nominating this Bessems realtor regarding the sale of my mother's house in Kanne. Will de Jonge was enormously enthusiastic and really wanted to take charge of this sale. This turned out differently because Will de Jonge suddenly no longer worked for Bessems Realty the week after our commitment. What I find utterly scandalous is that we were never informed about this. Will was our point of contact, would represent us in the sale of my mother's house. Forgotten perhaps? We are not talking about a bag of candy but about a house. A bad start. After this, the entire sale unfolded into one big drama, a chain reaction of very poor communication and many mistakes, too many to mention. All in all, a very stressful experience for everyone, but especially for my 85-year-old mother. I would therefore certainly not recommend this realtor.

19 Jun 2022Would I recommend this broker? No definitely not! I would even strongly advise against this office to anyone who asks for my opinion. This agency was allowed to sell my mother's house in Belgium. Initially, we dealt with broker Wil de Jonge from Bessems agency who really wanted to sell the house for us. Due to his enthusiasm for the assignment, my mother chose Bessems. However, when I went to hand over the keys at the office for the first viewing, I was told that Mr. de Jonge no longer worked for Bessems agency. The agency did not inform us about this and they could not tell me which broker would take over Mr. de Jonge's duties. After some insistence on my part, I received an email address where I could go with my questions. I emailed and am still waiting for a response to this day..... On the day of the viewing, I myself went to wait in the building to see which broker would take on our assignment. From that moment on, Mr. Kornips was our broker but we missed the involvement, advice and expertise you would expect from a broker. And even at the time of transfer with the notary, our broker remained deficient....the energy label had not been forwarded and there was a file missing which we were unaware existed. We had requested prior to the transfer for completeness assessment of the file but also there the broker did not respond. The buyer's notary withheld 5000 euros from the purchase price until we could provide the file. A lot of stress for us and our 85-year-old mother, therefore. And from the broker no recognition for their mistakes, no empathy but a well-deserved generous commission. Even our ability to rate on funda has been blocked by Bessems which makes me wonder how much those laudatory reviews actually mean if you block negative feedback. I say in any case 'brokerage firm Erik Bessems?!' NEVER AGAIN!

Initially, there was some noise on the line regarding communication and coordination during the sales process. Erik was very receptive to feedback and took action accordingly. This resulted in a smooth subsequent procedure. Very nice to experience! The sales file looked top notch. The sale was also completed positively. Financial advice was also obtained from financial advisor Ronald Kusters (of Erik Bessems Makelaardij). Excellent help from Ronald with expert advice, pleasant explanation, good coordination and perfect follow-up of made appointments. Top! I would definitely recommend this brokerage firm!

19 Jun 2022This office sold my mother's house. It has only brought her and us (the children) a lot of frustration. I could tell a very long story full of examples of sloppy or simply negligent actions from Bessems Makelaardij. Especially the attitude in this case from Bessems was experienced by us as very disappointing. And when you then want to share your experience on Funda, they also took away that possibility by disabling this function for us. Even more disappointing. If only they were so quick in communication. It is a pity that we had a contract because our trust quickly disappeared. I would therefore certainly not recommend this real estate agency.

Moreover, he thinks much further along with the client than you would expect based purely on the assignment. We greatly appreciated this. We also heard from various interested parties afterwards that Jeannot had spoken to them very pleasantly. That gives a good feeling. He knows (due to his past construction experience) exactly what he is talking about and can therefore answer questions substantively in the correct way and guide the sales process from A to Z in a good manner. We would therefore recommend 4D real estate to everyone!

15 Jan 2025Trying to obtain information regarding a house for sale. Mr. de Vor was abrupt and rude. On Funda, the maintenance was listed as moderate, which does not actually correspond with the real condition. According to Mr., the house can only be demolished and is no longer worth renovating. That also doesn't match the description. If Mr. de Vor had responded properly and simply answered my questions, I might have still considered making the investment, but purely due to his i.m.o. almost impolite phone call, I will strongly advise against this real estate agent.

He proposed a realistic price for the house, which resulted in many people and therefore viewings. And since we didn't have an average house, no effort was spared and our house was ultimately sold for an excellent price.
