They don't pay the deposit on time, 3 months no deposit passed on. They fail to repay the GWE costs on time. They draw up a contract for a year to rent. Then they threaten the tenant if the tenant does not sign the new contract, Bot can get the keys to the property. According to the law, the contract is binding. A lawyer will contact you.

Then finally you get something and it's a useless sketch that no one can read. Beware of this scammer. Ultimately, appraisal values are also much lower than those of other appraisers. But he asks several hundred euros more than others and still doesn't deliver a decent report. Professionalism is unfortunately lacking with this appraiser. Moreover, he threatens to send a collection agency after you before you have even received anything.
