Verliep heel soepel. Alles werd goed uitgelegd voelde heel vertrouwelijk. Alles heel goed geregeld via de mail en telefoon. Was altijd bereikbaar en als er iets was kwam hij even thuis langs. De begeleiding was erg prettig en goede kijk op de zaken. We zijn erg tevreden over de Makelaar Hans Kuijper, en bevelen hem aan bij andere verkopers.

Het huis kwam vrijdag op Funda en was dinsdag verkocht. De kijkers van maandag hebben het gekocht. Hoera!!!

Very pleasant experience with Robert from De Vliegende Makelaar. We bought a house in Heiloo, where they handled the sale. In that capacity, we had a lot of contact with Robert and he always responded quickly, friendly and professionally. Furthermore, he took plenty of time during the viewing (we were inside for approximately 1 hour). After the deal went through, he also gave very useful tips about renovation and financing.

Zero stars for viewings. We had an appointment for a property viewing where these guys didn't show up. Despite being reminded a day ago, they claim our appointment was a day later. But according to them, that wasn't a problem: they were going to cancel the appointment anyway because the house had already been sold. Glad I took half a day off work due to this lovely combination of bad manners and a kick in the back. Also note that this agency is not an NVM member.

Unreliable. You're happy, the house of your dreams because your bid has been accepted! And then he still accepts a higher bid from someone else without you getting the chance to respond to it. That doesn't feel right and there is surely something behind it that is, to put it mildly, not nice. I will never sell my house again and I will also never buy a house that you sell.

Hello everyone, I would like to share a recent experience I had with this real estate agent. He is very careless, some important renovations to the house were carried out under the table, which means that no invoices or company names are registered for it, and therefore there is no guarantee that it is legitimate. The first time we went to view the house, we saw quite a bit of damage to the roof due to a leak, the second time you only saw new paint and he simulated that nothing was wrong. He has some kind of agreement with another man who helps people with Mortgages, he came to our house, but he was also very unprofessional, we decided for obvious reasons not to continue the process with him, and after we made that decision, the real estate agent has occasionally been messing around with the house, the offer, and honestly, comparing his work, the viewing, the information about the house, etc. with the houses we have recently visited, he doesn't even come close to what the experience of a professional real estate agent is. You need to stop making ‘funny’ (SPOILER ALERT! Not funny at all and sometimes shrinking) photos of yourself in the house, and start collecting portfolios of the houses to offer, learn the information about the houses, and most importantly: ensure a transparent process.

Excellent agency to completely hand over the sale of our inherited property. Clear communication, pleasant contact and handled the situation with utmost respect. Both Tim and Robert appeared extremely professional to us.

I have personally never been treated so unprofessionally. The real estate agent had added something to the advertisement on Funda that turned out not to be true. We did not receive any information beforehand (in this case, they didn't have the energy label, we had asked for it) and submitted a bid. Later we received it and found out that it was missing. We discussed it, we wanted a compromise. It did not (adequately) happen. The seller of course didn't want this because he hadn’t put it there, which I don’t find strange. The real estate agent takes no responsibility. We all decided to continue searching. After some time, we received another message whether they were still interested and it came from the goodness of their hearts to do it right, then not taking the bid seriously and also trying to make a welles-nietus game out of it. If there had been clear communication and acted with integrity, this would not have happened but it has become an absurd situation. I certainly won’t be dealing with this real estate agent anymore.

We experienced Tim as a pleasant realtor. He cares about you and does his best to present the house beautifully - with success - and when purchasing another house, Tim always collaborated with us. It was quite an exciting process, due to our budget limitations combined with the volatile housing market. Tim successfully guided us through it all with his optimistic and realistic involvement. Tim always responds quickly, thinks in terms of possibilities, and is proactive.

A realtor who does more than you expect! Always punctual. Creates a nice presentation of your house. Photo’s, energy label and measurements arranged in a record time. Therefore the house can be sold quickly.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with Tim as a real estate agent. After accepting a counter-offer following an initial bid, we discovered the house was sold the night before because we heard nothing the next day. A verbal agreement is therefore not valid for this broker. It may be due to these times, but we were not happy.

Jorrit is a very pleasant agent who kept us well informed and is clear in his communication. Taking care of things is absolutely applicable. Simply great class.

We had booked holiday home de Blenck 3 in Callantsoog. Unfortunately, it was a worn-out and dirty house, so even the new bathrooms didn't help. Stinking drain in one bathroom and silverfish. Kitchen cabinets dirty inside and out, blinds dirty and torn, etc. Rusty nails protruded from the garden fence and and and... I can’t even list everything. We filed a complaint with the local office and also sent photos... but unfortunately there was no response. First and last time booked.

On July 16th last year, I booked and paid for accommodation via Booking.com with Callinghe holidays for the Vlijt First class studio’s in Texel for the period from August 30th last year to September 1st last year. Upon arrival on August 30th last year, it turned out that Callinghe holidays had cancelled my accommodation. It was stated that my reservation was an error booking. This meant for me that there was no booking, and therefore no accommodation. The amount of the accommodation was €249.50. My question to Callinghe holidays is can I receive my money as soon as possible, because I did not use the aforementioned accommodation. Callinghe holidays does not intend to refund my money. Why I do not know. I am no longer receiving a response from Callinghe holidays. I find this very customer unfriendly.

Very good service when handing over the keys. It couldn't be easier. Very helpful because we had the wrong sheets and they lent us the correct ones. The accommodation was booked via FEWO.

The apartment showed serious defects and was in poor condition. No response to email with complaint. Personal consultation provided friendly comfort. Whatsapp also my real help. Upon departure, the numerous defects were shown again in photos, and again the friendly reassurance: 'I will see what I can do' - namely nothing. We have often had great holidays and great accommodations in Julianadorp and Callantsoog, De Wijde Blick 110 was by far the worst, the loudest above the entrance of a supplier on the main road with a bus stop. Our reserved parking space was given twice with number 110, and complaints from the other owner. The parking box that actually belonged to the apartment could not be used because it was narrow and you couldn't get in even with a small car. And I inquired about a few points before booking, otherwise I would have rented another property. Rarely have I been so irritated and rarely given such a bad review, but here it is indicated and demonstrably justified. Far too much money for a dilapidated apartment with a lot of damage and deficient service. Other apartments from other owners and real estate agents in this large building are probably in much better condition, as we got the impression. Other agencies or landlords do not only take care of you and scare you off. Or there is a credit or something like that when there are multiple legitimate complaints. This was just a messy holiday. A shame about the money and the precious vacation days.

Very 'meager' kitchen equipment (only 3 different teaspoons and 2 coffee mugs, for a 4 to 5 person house). The house was very dirty, dishes and cutlery unwashed, beds dirty, shower not clean, hair and cobwebs everywhere... Well, an untidy impression, the front door was very difficult to open or close. The sofa was broken (a dog probably used it) and the blinds in the living room could also not be closed. The bathroom was awkward to enter because the size of the shower wall simply didn't fit into this 'mini-small' bathroom. Also, the wardrobes in the bedroom wouldn't open completely, probably because the beds were in front of them. Otherwise, it just wouldn't have fit. The number and layout of the power outlets reminds you of the early 1980s. Not much happened here after that. We have stayed in Dutch apartments before, but for this price you can certainly find something better. You notice quickly when houses are decorated with a little love and a good mood. Or not, as in our case. We won't be back.

I have rented vacation homes in Callantsoog several times through Callinghe and have always been very satisfied. The process runs smoothly, the staff are very friendly and you are helped quickly if you have questions. Always happy! I look forward to next time

This is the second time we have rented a holiday home with Callinghe and we have always been very satisfied. Every time the booking process has been very easy and trouble-free. When I made a mistake with the details the first time, I was helped quickly and kindly. The staff are always very friendly and helpful on the phone. The holiday homes are clean, tidy, equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable and would love to return!

Via Callinghe we booked a holiday home in Callantsoog, Garnekuul 7. The house had 2 bedrooms and was offered for 4 people. We cannot recommend the house. There was minimal kitchen equipment and the dishes were seriously damaged. The coffee filter machine barely made 2 cups of coffee, so not all 4 people could have a cup during breakfast. There were no normal pans - there were small and medium-sized pans. After our consultation at the Callinghe office, the homeowner came to measure the bottoms of the pots with a measuring tape. He then sent these photos to Callinghe and there was no further response. The house is located directly on the edge of the holiday park and you can hear the street. We would have liked to submit a property valuation. However, the review link sent by Callinghe was not available. When I asked about it, I was told that there was a new page and the link would no longer work. Therefore, at this point I rate both the mediocre holiday home and the treatment of the employees of Calllinghe. There are other holiday home agencies that I would recommend.

Very friendly people

Through this brokerage firm, we had a chalet in Callantsoog. Unfortunately, the Chalet Bello was a complete disaster and the Callinghe agency was also very unprofessional and unfriendly to customers! We had no heating or hot water in the chalet! The toilet was dirty, just like the sheets. And that remained all night until we moved out the next day. No sign of help from Callinghe! We were even threatened on the phone! Very bad mediation! Never again!

We booked our holiday home here. Duinland 181. And I have to say that the house was really great. It matches the photos. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped. The garden was completely fenced off. There was no parking directly on the property, but for loading and unloading you could drive into the garden and unpack. There was a large sofa and 2 extra armchairs so you had enough space to sit if there were more people. There were only two of us, so it was great for us. There was plenty of storage space in the bathroom. There were also enough coat hooks in the house. And enough lamps too. Sometimes there is not enough light in holiday homes. The heating was easy to regulate with the thermostat. 4 stars instead of 5 because you could always hear a loud clicking sound at night in the large bedroom. Unfortunately, it woke you up. Maybe it was the heating. The noise kept coming and going. The laminate looked a bit older and the shelf in front of the mirror in the bathroom was a little unstable. The TV was a bit small, but that may be our personal preference. But we would book the house again like this.
