From the very first contact to the final details, we were charmed by the friendly, down-to-earth and professional communication. With this real estate agent, no extra costs for a photographer and such things. The photos, videos, and floor plans are created by them themselves and are certainly as good as other, more expensive photographers. A timeline was also outlined in advance, which they adhered to perfectly. And last but not least: the best price. The only pity is that I didn't know them when selling my previous house.

Viewing took place, very honest information. Ultimately didn't take this house but this realtor is truly a breath of fresh air compared to what I have experienced elsewhere!

A few weeks ago, we had barely heard of Rob Prevoo Makelaardij, which is incredibly unfortunate. From the very first contact we had with the real estate agent, we didn't feel like just a number, and we found that really pleasant. Not recommended, they make mistake after mistake. Let mortgage documents lie around, leave documents lying for a week and then deny it, send purchase agreements to other parties, let you run unnecessary risks regarding the terms of sale of your house. They don't congratulate you on buying a house, no apologies for mistakes made, then deny their errors and accuse you of trying to get money out of them, so definitely not professional. They say they aim for a 10, but then shouldn’t hang up when things get difficult. Not customer friendly!!! Given our time constraints, there was no possibility of switching brokers. Otherwise we certainly would have!!!
