What a relief! After a very unpleasant collaboration with Van Herk Makelaars, we fell into a warm bath with Lagerweij & Fonk. The communication with Patricia, Martin and also the internal service staff was particularly pleasant and professional and left nothing to be desired. We were quickly kept informed of every development in the sales process and everything was discussed in good consultation: the text on the website, the photos to be placed, the reactions of interested parties...

A downside is that the for sale sign was only placed a week after posting on funda, not handy and a missed opportunity. Furthermore, nothing more heard from them after the sale.
