After signing the purchase agreement, it becomes difficult to get in touch with this man. You have to chase him multiple times to get answers to your questions. The neighbor knew more about the house than the realtor himself…. Also, I had to find out myself whether the house could still be viewed before transfer… which seems like a standard procedure when buying a home. During the inspection, it turned out that the central heating boiler was not working. The realtor neatly stated that this would be resolved after signing the agreement. However, the notary asked if everything was in order and of course it wasn't due to the central heating boiler. Edgar was called and reacted unprofessionally and condescendingly about the problem. It’s the fault of the new owner and they should figure it out themselves. I don’t want to do business with this man again!
