Serge is the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. Not at all interested in you as a client. My story: I made an offer and he called me that same afternoon to say that the offer had been accepted! The purchase then proceeded via a Groningen deed. I set everything in motion, and I was ready for it. Then he calls to say that the selling party had made a mistake. A very difficult story about VAT etc., which he also told the day before but with the good news that this is why my offer was accepted.
