We bought our house through Hendriks. It was a pleasant collaboration until we had to make an offer. You were supposed to be able to place an offer via the system, but this wasn't possible. The system doesn’t fully cooperate and therefore we didn't receive all the documentation that should have been provided beforehand at that time. We couldn't submit our offer through the portal because it still indicated that we were going to view the property. This is probably also the reason why we didn't receive all the documentation, because you only get that via the system after you’ve attended the viewing and they hadn’t pressed the button for that yet. Hendriks stated that we should know ourselves which documents we need to receive... we disagree with this, because buying a house is not something you do every day. Then another major mistake was made again. I received part of a purchase agreement from someone else while we had already bought our house. Reported this neatly, but received a response saying that I would then be in someone else's portal. A very strange conclusion, because it arrives via my email address. Apparently Hendriks doesn’t learn from their mistakes, because I have again received information from other buyers. We are happy with our house, but the administration and such don’t deserve an award.
