Hoomz - "Smart Move."

The worst realtor in all of the Netherlands. They arranged only one viewing and tried to sell my house for a far too low price. Despite stopping the collaboration due to their flawed and ineffective approach, I still had to pay all costs. They delivered absolutely no results. A drama and blatant fraud. Absolutely not recommended! ⸻ You are brazen. Not only did you mislead me, but you also continue to argue. The realtor showed up late for the viewing of my house. In seven weeks, you were unable to arrange a second viewing – despite repeated requests.The photographer was supposed to promise a sunny fag, but that didn't happen. You have deceived us. The photographer came on a cloudy day, which resulted in unfavorable photos for us. You still have much to learn, as you have one year of experience. Show more respect for the customer. I am giving my opinion here, this is not a discussion forum.

Had a good viewing! Somewhat tight on time, though. It was scheduled for fifteen minutes but the realtor ultimately took over half an hour.

Also, our son had a bad experience with this real estate agent. Received a message via WhatsApp in the evening that the sellers had awarded him the apartment. Was congratulated by the realtor. With a date included for transfer. A purchase agreement would be made. The next day he received another real estate agent on the phone saying that there was another bid that was higher. This was after closing time for bids. They went to discuss with the sellers. He was supposed to receive a callback the same day. On Christmas Eve, he heard via WhatsApp that the offer from others had been accepted. So dirty. They are still working with their legal expenses insurance to find out if what is stated in the response is true. According to the law, verbal promises are legally binding. Now our son has received it in writing that he was the one whose bid was accepted. Let the judge decide.

Most scandalous realtor ever. Being called in the morning to tell us we had the house for the bid we made. Bids were supposed to already be in. Being called in the evening that they actually received a higher bid and we could match it. Pure fraud. Watch out for the tricks of these scammers !!! (Following the owner's response) Today my wife called the realtor again to see if she could still make an offer, more than one and a half weeks after the bids were supposed to be in. She was still told nonchalantly that she could still place a bid. So watch out people, if you submit a bid through this realtor their “word” is worthless. They play you off each other and try to get higher bids from other parties until the last moment. They are also not affiliated with NVM. In short, be careful with these cowboys!

Had a bit of a strange viewing. Upon arrival, the realtor didn't have time to show me around, so I ended up walking through the house myself. After fifteen minutes, he let me know that he had to leave again in 5 minutes. He then quickly showed me around the house again, after which I was guided back outside.

You only really know what you have in a real estate agent when things go differently than planned. This happened and our real estate agent Martijn flawlessly picked this up and resolved it to everyone's satisfaction. Nice real estate agent. Pleasant contact. Reacts quickly and is flexible. Really felt that he was working for us and wanted the best.

If you schedule a viewing for 12:00 and then arrive to find people already there scheduled for viewings at 11:30/11:45 and 12:15, that shows how professionally this realtor operates.
