Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the services of Box Makelaardij. Please pay extra attention when purchasing a house and in the final round during transfer to ensure everything is actually checked. Close the windows and any shutters, check if everything works: faucets, gas stove, toilet etc. They rushed through everything quickly, and as inexperienced homebuyers, we are quite disappointed with everything that doesn't work or turns out not to be in order. But due to a clause in the purchase agreement, they absolve themselves of all responsibility. This is therefore especially a warning for people who have purchased via Box Makelaardij.
