After the decision to sell our house, the question arose as to which real estate agent we wanted to go through this process with. Zeer tevreden over het deskundig verkoopadvies (realistische markt conforme vraagprijs) en professionele foto’s om onze woning op de markt te brengen. Onze makelaar (Saiet) is transparant in zijn werkwijze en zet zich in om het verkoopproces in goede banen te leiden voor alle partijen, hierbij de belangen vande opdrachgevende partij niet uit het oog verliezend. Hij is flexibel, vriendelijk in de communicatie, behulpzaam en reageert snel.

Ik verbleef meer dan twee jaar in het pand van Said en eerlijk gezegd was het een ervaring die de lat voor altijd hoog zal leggen voor wat een huisbaas zou moeten zijn. De gouden standaard is gezet, mensen! Op een keer gingen mijn sleutels kapot (ja, dat soort geluk heb ik), en zonder aarzeling nam Said de taak op zich om het probleem persoonlijk op te lossen, wat me een hoop stress bespaarde. Geen gedoe, geen oogrollen, gewoon pure huisbaasmagie. Er waren andere keren dat hij een helpende hand bood als dat niet nodig was, wat alleen maar bewijst dat hij een van die zeldzame vondsten in de verhuurwereld is. Beschik ook over de ongelooflijke vaardigheid om uw privacy te respecteren terwijl u benaderbaar bent. Het is alsof ze een onzichtbare huurdersradar hebben: altijd in de buurt als je ze nodig hebt, maar nooit zwevend. Het pand was altijd in goede staat, de communicatie verliep moeiteloos en de hele ervaring maakte het huren een fluitje van een cent. Als ik niet zou verhuizen, zou ik er nog steeds met plezier blijven. Vijf sterren zijn niet genoeg: kunnen we verhuurders trofeeën geven?

Trying to obtain information regarding a house for sale. Mr. de Vor was abrupt and rude. On Funda, the maintenance was listed as moderate, which does not actually correspond with the real condition. According to Mr., the house can only be demolished and is no longer worth renovating. That also doesn't match the description. If Mr. de Vor had responded properly and simply answered my questions, I might have still considered making the investment, but purely due to his i.m.o. almost impolite phone call, I will strongly advise against this real estate agent.

De makelaar stelde een flink hogere vraagprijs voor dan andere makelaars, maar kon dat goed onderbouwen. Hij verkocht de woning binnen 10 dagen na publicatie op internet. De presentatie, de service vooraf en de nazorg waren voortreffelijk. Hardstikke aardige mensen ook, bij OPS

Makelaar was te allen tijde voor ons snel bereikbaar, bij bepaalde vragen of opmerkingen die wij hadden t.b.v. de verkoop van ons huis. En altijd zeer deskundig in de terugkoppeling. Daarnaast hadden wij een goed gevoel t.a.v. de betrokkenheid van de makelaar gedurende het verkoopproces!

Helaas niet een fijne ervaring. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, er wordt niet gereageerd op mijn berichtjes. Daarnaast zijn er achter mijn rug om afspraken gemaakt tussen de eigenaar van de woning en OPS, zonder dit door te geven. Daarbij zijn deze afspraken terwijl dit volgens de wetgeving niet mag. Afspraken die ik gemaakt heb MET OPS tijdens de sleuteloverdracht van mijn oude appartement worden niet nagekomen. Vreselijke communicatie, afspraken worden niet nagekomen of worden gemaakt terwijl dit vanuit een juridisch perspectief niet mag. Geen transparantie.. en wordt al dagen/weken genegeerd.

Prettige samenwerking, woning wel iets te hoog getaxeerd en in de verkoop gezet. Uiteindelijk met een aangepaste prijs toch nog redelijk snel verkocht.

Makelaar houdt zich aan de afspraken, dankzij hun snelle proces waarin foto's werden gemaakt en het huis online kwam, is mijn huis binnen 3 weken verkocht.
