Unfriendly woman. I had a viewing at 10 o'clock, but there was no one. So I called the office of Damen (since I had a previous experience with Damen where they hadn't answered our call and the house was already sold, so we were just standing on their doorstep not knowing anything about it). I was told that the agent was on his way. At 10:09 he arrived. Well, I was then pointed out in a very unfriendly way how I could have the audacity to call and that they were busy. During the entire viewing this bald man kept bringing it up again and again, and even today when he called to ask what my findings about the house were, he brought it up again. I think he has issues with his ego ;) I would never sell my house through Damen. I almost turned around and told him that when he attacked me like that.
