Ik ben tevreden over de samenwerking met deze makelaar. Pickée makelaardij bestaat al lang en dat merkt men aan de deskundigheid, een goede service en begeleiding. Ook de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is wat mij betreft goed. Ik beveel Pickée makelaar aan.

Contact was direct vertrouwd mede doordat Pickee Makelaardij ons ook geholpen heeft om het pand wat nu verkocht is aan te kopen in 2017! No non sense voorwaarden en duidelijke kosten opgave. Goede persoonlijke benadering in het geheel, zodat je het gevoel hebt er volledig bij betrokken te zijn. Snelle en duidelijke correspondentie tijdens het verkoop traject!

Rieneke heeft de bezichtigingen op zo’n prettige en professionele manier begeleid op de zuid-oostraat 4 dat ik me echt gehoord en geholpen voelde. Pickée real estate is a real recommendation! Also recommendable as e.g. appraiser! Since we have already had Pickée Real Estate in the past for purchase/sale and appraisals, this will also be the case in the future.

I bought a property through Pickée Makelaardij that was sold from an estate. Although I knew that this type of purchase brings extra risks, I at least expected the realtor to be willing to think along when there were direct defects upon handover, such as a leaking shower, which seriously hinders the normal use of the property. Unfortunately, Pickée was completely unwilling to do anything or even consider a reasonable solution, despite the defect becoming apparent immediately after handover. Everything was legally nitpicked, without any empathy or service. Especially disappointing because I bid significantly above the asking price. I understand that a realtor represents the seller, but this kind of hard stance towards the buyer (who is notably also a client in the process) says a lot about the mentality and customer orientation of this office. In short: are you a buyer with Pickée? Be warned. You're completely on your own.

'My experience with this realtor was absolutely disappointing. When we wanted to buy a property through them, we were excited by the photos and description. However, after the purchase, we discovered significant damage to the roof and foundation that had not been mentioned. It turned out that the realtor was aware of this but simply concealed it. When we contacted them, no responsibility was taken and we only received vague answers. It seemed as if they were only interested in closing the deal, without any concern for the buyer. This unprofessional attitude has cost me a lot of time, money and stress. I therefore strongly advise against using this realtor!!'

Terrible real estate agent (especially the owner). Lets multiple visitors walk through the house at the same time and without guidance. No respect for the seller's privacy and belongings. No proper welcome (didn’t even know our name) or information about the property (a stammering “just look around” came out of this lady). Just a mass=cash approach. Better to call one of the other and better agents in Parkstad.

Mrs. Pickée herself seems very attentive. However, do not be fooled... House purchased through this realtor and both the buying and selling parties experienced this as very unpleasant afterwards. Mrs. tells half-truths and conceals damage to houses. Shady practices therefore from this realtor. Even if our dream house is for sale with this realtor, we will not do business with Pickée again!

Our house sold within 4 weeks thanks to a very skilled real estate agent with excellent service both from the agent and also from the staff at the office. Quick response to questions, quick callback when needed, knows the market, organizes viewing days quickly and doesn't let potential buyers wait. Uses modern technology (paperless signing of inspection forms), overlooks nothing. This commitment can already be seen beforehand by the no cure, no pay principle. If you are not satisfied, you can always stop without costs. All in all super satisfied! And highly recommendable.

No reliable realtor, does not follow through on agreed appointments at all. If a price has been agreed upon, you should be able to assume that other potential buyers will no longer be allowed to bid. But unfortunately, not with this realtor.. Received a confirmation email stating that the verbal agreement with suspensive conditions had been reached. And then, two days after the agreement, at the moment when you expect a preliminary purchase contract, a phone call saying that someone else has offered much higher and that it's pointless to bid any higher.. You can advocate for the seller’s rights as a realtor, but there is also something called good decency. You can also be transparent and indicate that viewings and bids are still being accepted. So if you are a potential buyer of a house for sale with Pickee, please be very careful that these dirty tricks are not pulled again!!

The purchase through Pickée Makelaardij went smoothly and uncomplicatedly. Viewing appointments were very flexible to schedule, and Nicole Pickée and her team were always available to answer our questions. If we ever decide to sell this house, we will go back to Pickée.

Pickee is a very nice and friendly and accessible realtor! -She sold the houses of my parents-in-law and my grandmother, and now our house is for sale too! Bad, information requested about a property after 2 weeks still no response. You will have your property for sale here, but at least you know where things might be going wrong. We are at least dealing with a property where the real estate agent does respond.

Great reception for signing the preliminary purchase agreement. Afterwards, I'm not as happy as I was, the house had many defects while it was signed on paper that everything was in order. For example, the parquet turned out to be laminate, the jacuzzi didn't work and was leaking. It was stated that radiators would not leak, but I couldn't test them during handover because it was too warm, but when I switched on the heating on a cold day, all the radiators leaked. After complaining about this to the real estate agent, they said they would pass it on to the seller. After repeatedly asking about it, I eventually received notification from the seller who said that's how she bought it and she didn’t want to pay compensation for costs incurred. But the real estate agent had given me documents stating everything was in order and also said that there would be parquet flooring in the living room, which turned out to be laminate, so this was incorrect and they are not responding to this at all. So really not happy with this false sale.

So far, a home viewing has been requested twice, both for different houses. The houses are not removed from the site if they are sold and being called one day in advance that a viewing will not take place is also not a strange occurrence with Pickee real estate agency. I find it very odd and does not reflect well how potential buyers are treated...
