Through this broker a viewing was scheduled, where upon arrival it was immediately said that if price X were offered, the choice for the selling party (who was present and agreed with what was said) would be made quickly. Price X offered even before the viewing was complete and ultimately the house was not granted. It is better to say nothing instead of driving up the price in this way. Unreliable broker! Dirty play. Here went VERY wrong, Very unprofessional company. 1. Clearly communicated initials were not properly taken over. 2. We received an appraisal report from another client! Very sloppy, and violates European and Dutch privacy legislation. 3. When we tried to reach them (during office hours) they were unreachable. 4. When I was finally called back, the person was very abrupt and rude. A 'sincere apology' felt more like something he had to do, and didn’t actually mean. 5. Afterwards, an email followed with the correct report, but again a not so 'sincere' apology. My conclusion is that I will never do business with this company again and strongly advise others to stay FAR away.

In short, unprofessional. Several things went wrong. Firstly, we received the incorrect valuation report. We received a report belonging to other people including their data via email. When we tried to call during office hours, nobody picked up. While we attempted to call three times. Subsequently, we received the correct report by email and were called back by a rather blunt employee. During the phone conversation, it was only stated that the correct report had now been sent, no apologies or any such customer friendliness and (telephone) accessibility were unfortunately lacking. All in all, we were not satisfied. And that while buying a house is already stressful enough, unfortunately.

We experienced the sale of the house with Consten as pleasant and problem-free. The contractual part could be completely handled from our Camper in Spain via WiFi. We only had to return to Heerlen for the signing of the deed and the transfer of the house.
