Said was good and quick to reach, professional, open and transparent. 1 small drawback: communication from me when the buyer's mortgage was finalized. The real estate agent decided this themselves and was notably on vacation on the day of transfer. So we had to do the final inspection ourselves. The provided guidance was also not very good. The conversation at their office was quick and superficial, as if they didn't have time and needed to move quickly through it. Just put up the for-sale sign yourself and here you go…

Then suddenly you get someone else who you don't know and aren't informed about. I found that less appealing. I got a bit of the impression that our house wasn't a priority. I first contact the real estate agent to express my dissatisfaction with the collaboration during the period that the house was for sale, before actually posting anything. I was invited for a meeting. But that was it, an excuse for the fact that this was my experience. The entire rental process went smoothly and positively. Through a real estate agent who helped me with the documents and organization, I contacted the owner, which is no problem for me. I want to emphasize that as a tenant of the owner, I expect him to repair all defects, which is not always successfully resolved (hence why I deduct one star).

20 May 2025we were going to buy our first house, we knew in advance exactly what we could and couldn't. At first glance a very nice realtor, retrospectively a very bad experience for the seller and us.. We were offered a mortgage advisor, which we thought was great, of course we didn't know anything about that area. From that moment on, a long period of not hearing from Diana anymore.. It was said that they work closely together.. Retrospectively, we turned out to be the first person referred to this advisor by Diana. After a while it was said: everything was fine, woohoo! Rent cancelled… 1 month later everything was suddenly wrong again.. shitt we were on the street with our 2 cats due to lies and poor communication from the realtor and advisor!!!…. We received 2 rejections from the “bank” because they always demanded more documents.. documents that we didn't need at all!! (We called the bank ourselves, the bank knew nothing about it because the documents hadn’t even been sent to them) Never received a second rejection. We were only told that we should dissolve it otherwise the seller would do so… Ultimately, we had a lot of contact with the seller ourselves and switched to another advisor (recommended by the seller).. 8 working days later everything was settled and everything was properly inspected! Finally! After a very long 2 months, we were finally able to say that the little house was really ours... We received an answer from Diana: “Oh how strange, but anyway congratulations”… Finally, the key transfer, the keys were suddenly missing… 😞It just kept piling up… If we hadn't contacted the seller, both sides would have been disappointed with lies… Never again this realtor for me!

In the sale of this house, where the seller was abroad, we have, precisely with extra effort, taken on additional matters to ensure that the sale proceeds smoothly for all parties involved. Based on previous experiences, we advised you to consult an independent financial advisor, but the choice and final handling always lies with the buyers. In terms of privacy, I will not respond to your mortgage application in detail. As for the key: this was already not in the house from the beginning: that is why I could not give you access to the back side during your first viewing. Nevertheless, we have reimbursed you for the cost of a new lock. Of course, we take every reaction seriously and are always open to a conversation.

12 Dec 2025I have had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. After I made an offer which was accepted, I received the purchase agreement to sign. However, the next day I unexpectedly received a message from the real estate agent Mrs. Kirsten Ernens stating that the sale would not proceed, because the seller wanted to sell the property to someone else. This seemed particularly strange to me, as the agent had previously indicated that the seller 'had no time to check the purchase agreement'. The agents continued with viewings after our agreement, and apparently the owner received a higher offer. I don't understand why the agent continued with viewings while the property was already sold? It was also via move that the option to agree on the purchase agreement through the account was removed by the agent before they cancelled the sale. Moreover, I later found out that an important point regarding the property was not mentioned by Mrs. Kirsten Ernens during the viewing, namely that the gas pipe installation must be replaced when purchasing a new boiler. I would have liked to know this in advance, as it could be a significant cost item. All in all, the communication felt unclear and not transparent, which has led to a lot of frustration for me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this real estate agency because they are unreliable.

He also helped us with bids, and afterwards always kept in touch. Because of him we knew how far the new buyers were in the process. We are very satisfied.

05 Dec 2025Unfriendly woman. I had a viewing at 10 o'clock, but there was no one. So I called the office of Damen (since I had a previous experience with Damen where they hadn't answered our call and the house was already sold, so we were just standing on their doorstep not knowing anything about it). I was told that the agent was on his way. At 10:09 he arrived. Well, I was then pointed out in a very unfriendly way how I could have the audacity to call and that they were busy. During the entire viewing this bald man kept bringing it up again and again, and even today when he called to ask what my findings about the house were, he brought it up again. I think he has issues with his ego ;) I would never sell my house through Damen. I almost turned around and told him that when he attacked me like that.
