He is open about the condition of a property, open about how things stand, and knows his figures and info without having to look in a brochure. Once my keys broke (yes, I have that kind of luck), and without hesitation Said took on the responsibility to personally resolve the issue, which saved me a lot of stress. No hassle, no eye-rolling – just pure landlord magic. There were also moments when he offered a helping hand when it wasn't necessary, which only proves that he is one of those rare finds in the rental world. And they also have that incredible ability to respect your privacy and at the same time be approachable. It’s as if they have an invisible tenant radar – always around when you need them, but never around. The property was always in good condition, communication flowed effortlessly, and the whole experience made renting a breeze. If I weren't moving, I would still happily stay there. Five stars aren't enough – can we give out landlord trophies?

Almost hit the mark with the first house, but for the second, Tom had it arranged on the day of the viewing and also quite a bit below the asking price!! He has a good understanding of things and knows how to assess the property's value correctly. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A breath of fresh air compared to real estate agents from other (large) agencies we had. There you are customer number . They deliver no more than assembly line work with a universal view. They release a formula without looking at the surroundings, location, etc. Everything is focused on selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That is different with Tom. He takes all the time for his clients and does that extra bit that others leave behind. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!

18 Oct 2025We were going to view a house. However, a few hours beforehand we were informed that the house had already been sold. We didn't even get a chance to look at it. I even took time off work to go and see it. No apology or explanation from the realtor at all...is this how you treat people?!

Date unknownUnreliable. The funda reviews have been edited and are not representative. “Sold is not sold” with this real estate agent. As you read in more reviews, they slow down the sales process, leave the property online for an extra long time (after the seller has agreed) and play buyers against each other in the bidding process to cancel without pardon when they get even a -slightly- better deal. Under the guise of “that is legally permissible,” they exploit lost innocence. The Move.nl platform is also a joke since bids are edited by Damen on the backend (or not displayed). Bidding process is therefore also not transparent afterwards. Yes, the housing market is overheated and yes, there is more demand than supply. But that's not how you treat people.

The entire rental process went smoothly and positively. Through a real estate agent who helped me with the documents and organization, I contacted the owner, which is not a problem for me. I want to emphasize that as a tenant of the owner, I expect him to repair all defects, which is not always resolved successfully (therefore I deduct one star).

I first contact the real estate agent to express my dissatisfaction with the collaboration during the period that the house was for sale, before actually posting anything. I was invited for a meeting. But that was it, an excuse for the fact that this was my experience. Courtage (partially) crediting was not in line with expectations, but a bouquet of flowers would have been a nice gesture. Unfortunately.

Date unknownHad a viewing with Paul Hollanders, then made an offer that was accepted. Everything put in order, the mortgage was finalized at the broker's request, and a building inspection took place the same day. So far everything was fine, but the people from the inspection hadn’t left the property when the phone rang and we were told that a higher bid after a viewing had come in while our offer had already been accepted, meaning the whole house wouldn’t go to us. Very sad, angry, furious – call it whatever you want. I did indicate that I wanted my 400 euro costs back from the report which I had to have made as quickly as possible at their recommendation. I was promised that this would be paid as soon as possible. But you can guess it – never seen a cent, up until today, almost a month later. I’m waiting today and will drop an official complaint with the NVM at the end of the day; I find it scandalous how we were treated. Erik Vet. Meanwhile, months have passed and I can whistle for my money. What scammers. We did buy another house, happy with it, and learned and experienced how things can be in real estate land. Yves from Goossens Real Estate really went out of his way, did so many extra things for us, truly top-notch; Mr. Hollanders could learn a thing or two from that.

Diana had our house on Funda within two/three days, with a good presentation, and we sold our house within a week and a half. The communication flowed (and still flows) very smoothly. We have a lovely buyer who can enter the housing market as a starter and we can move on to our next-stage home. Both parties are happy! Overall, I can definitely recommend Diana and her team. 25 May 2025we were going to buy our first house, we knew in advance exactly what we could and couldn't. At first glance a very nice realtor, retrospectively a very bad experience for the seller and us.. We were offered a mortgage advisor, which we thought was great, of course we didn't know anything about that area. From that moment on, a long period of not hearing from Diana anymore.. It was said that they work closely together.. Retrospectively, we turned out to be the first person referred to this advisor by Diana. After a while it was said: everything was fine, woohoo! Rent cancelled… 1 month later everything was suddenly wrong again.. shitt we were on the street with our 2 cats due to lies and poor communication from the realtor and advisor!!!…. We received 2 rejections from the “bank” because they always demanded more documents.. documents that we didn't need at all!! (We called the bank ourselves, the bank knew nothing about it because the documents hadn’t even been sent to them) Never received a second rejection. We were only told that we should dissolve it otherwise the seller would do so… Ultimately, we had a lot of contact with the seller ourselves and switched to another advisor (recommended by the seller).. 8 working days later everything was settled and everything was properly inspected! Finally! After a very long 2 months, we were finally able to say that the little house was really ours... We received an answer from Diana: “Oh how strange, but anyway congratulations”… Finally, the key transfer, the keys were suddenly missing… 😞It just kept piling up… If we hadn't contacted the seller, both sides would have been disappointed with lies… Never again this realtor for me!

In the sale of this house, where the seller was abroad, we have, precisely with extra effort, taken on additional matters to ensure that the sale proceeds smoothly for all parties involved. Based on previous experiences, we advised you to consult an independent financial advisor, but the choice and final handling always lies with the buyers. In terms of privacy, I will not respond to your mortgage application in detail. As for the key: this was already not in the house from the beginning: that is why I could not give you access to the back side during your first viewing. Nevertheless, we have reimbursed you for the cost of a new lock. Of course, we take every reaction seriously and are always open to a conversation.
