Marvin Timmermans heeft ons echt heel erg fijn begeleid tijdens het verkopen van ons huis. We lieten meerdere makelaars komen maar hadden het beste gevoel bij Marvin. The process has been fully covered with his services, since my living place was more than 100km away. He found buyers within 2 months. So quick! Good contact, also via SMS. No worries about any questions, all answers was clear. Hes speaks understandable englisch witch is a big +. ___________ 5 sterren voor dhr. Haas. Hij heeft de zware klus op zich genomen om het huis te verkopen dat net gekocht was, toen niemand wilde helpen. Het proces is volledig gedekt door zijn diensten, aangezien mijn woonplaats meer dan 100 km verderop was. Hij vond kopers binnen 2 maanden. Zo snel! Goed contact, ook via sms. Geen zorgen over vragen, alle antwoorden waren duidelijk. Hij spreekt verstaanbaar Engels, wat een groot + is.

Ze zullen u zeker valse informatie geven over het huis dat verkocht wordt. Geeft geen correcte informatie, Ik raad u aan om nooit zaken te doen met deze man, Blijf uit de buurt van deze man. Hij kan u kwaad doen uit eigen hebzucht en uit geldgebrek.

Via Fer Haas Makelaardij mijn huis in Heerlen snel weten te verkopen. De communicatie verliep goed en Fer was flexibel genoeg om zo nu en dan extra naar de woning te gaan om privé redenen.

Net voordat ik voor het pand stond, ondanks dat ik 10 minuten te laat was omdat ik het niet kon vinden heeft de makelaar aangegeven dat ik mag oprotten en is zo weggegaan en heeft de telefoon opgehangen. Super brutale en onprofessionele makelaar

Wat een onbetrouwbare makelaar is dit. Let op mensen, hij kan je zomaar op het verkeerde spoor zetten. Door zijn onkunde en verkeerd info, had ik bijna een enorme probleem kunnen krijgen. Ben gewaarschuwd een beslist geen zaken doen met deze makelaar.
