We are very satisfied with his service. We like open and transparent and he fully embodies that. He kept his appointments and his invoice was also top-notch. I traveled for no less than 4 to 5 hours for a viewing, which was canceled at the last moment – just 15 minutes before it started – without any prior notification or message. The realtor was unreachable by phone and left no clear communication. Ultimately, I only received a message via another number, in which he stated that he had attempted contact earlier, which does not align with my experience.

If you contact via multiple phones and I happen to respond on the other phone that the viewing cannot proceed, you should not blame me. Moreover, no one travels within the Netherlands 4 to 5 hours to come see a house. In that time, I could drive through the entire country and still have time left. Overstated, but nevertheless, I find it regrettable that you are disappointed. I had no bad intentions and responded on the other phone with which you had requested the viewing.

First, the customer wanted to move into the house himself. Mortgage is arranged for own home. Transferred at notary as purchase for self-occupation. After transfer, nice low transfer tax, the customer claims he wants to rent out the house. I had clearly told him in advance that there is a purchase protection in Heerlen in effect. And now everyone is bad and he places a negative review, which I can do nothing about.
