We are very satisfied with his service. We like open and transparent and he fully embodies that. He kept his appointments and his invoice was also top-notch. Other brokers ask much more and seem to deliver less than Timmermans Vastgoed. Definitely recommended! I traveled for no less than 4 to 5 hours for a viewing, which was canceled at the last moment – just 15 minutes before it started – without any prior notification or message. The realtor was unreachable by phone and left no clear communication. Ultimately, I only received a message via another number, in which he stated that he had attempted contact earlier, which does not align with my experience.

The process has been fully covered with his services, since my living place was more than 100km away. He found buyers within 2 months. So quick! Good contact, also via SMS. No worries about any questions, all answers was clear. Hes speaks understandable englisch witch is a big +. ___________ 5 stars for Mr. Haas. He took on the difficult task of selling the house that had just been purchased, when no one wanted to help.
