Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de begeleiding door Fer Haas. Vanaf het eerste moment was hij betrokken en professioneel. Tijdens de bezichtigingen was hij steeds aanwezig, wat voor ons erg prettig was omdat we altijd direct vragen konden stellen en goed advies kregen. Daarnaast was Fer ook telefonisch goed bereikbaar. Als hij een keer niet direct kon opnemen, belde hij altijd snel terug. Dat gaf ons een betrouwbaar gevoel en zorgde voor een vlotte communicatie gedurende het hele proces. Zeer tevreden over dhr. Haas. Correcte man. Kort en bondig. Denkt met je mee. Is stipt. Reageert altijd snel op telefoontjes en/of berichten. Hij heeft veel bezichtigingen gedaan en hield mij ervan op de hoogte. Ook na 20u30 stuurt hij mails om dingen te regelen. De verkoop is correct en netjes afgehandeld.

I am very disappointed in Ferhaas Makelaardij. I traveled for no less than 4 to 5 hours for a viewing, which was canceled at the last moment – just 15 minutes before it started – without any prior notification or message. The realtor was unreachable by phone and left no clear communication. Ultimately, I only received a message via another number, in which he stated that he had attempted contact earlier, which does not align with my experience.

Together with my wife, we searched for apartments in South Limburg. The first real estate agent we approached turned out not to be a match. Apartment OK but the agent wasn't. Then we continued searching and viewed an apartment together with Fer Haas. Compliments to this professional who is open to both seller and buyer to reach a good solution. The apartment has now been purchased and on 1-8-2023 everything will be arranged through the notary. Also in this phase, Fer is very attentive and punctual in preparing documents and arranging all matters related to the purchase. If you are looking for an honest real estate agent with expertise, we can definitely recommend Fer Haas.

Difficult to reach and doesn't keep appointments. Not recommended!

What a disgrace this man is. First, I responded to a property through the website, no response. After a few days of calling, you get a curt answer that the property has already been sold. The same property still appears on the site days later, requested a viewing again via the website but once again no response. Apparently, Mr. doesn't want to sell a property and is too lazy to indicate on the site that the property has already been sold.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience with Mr. Haas. As people looking for a home, we found a nice house on Funda where Mr. Haas was the selling real estate agent. When we called the office by phone, we were shocked by the way the phone was answered. We weren't sure if we had dialed the correct number and it seemed like we were bothering them. When our question came up whether the house was still available for a viewing, we received a rude answer that that house was long gone, after which the receiver was immediately slammed down. We were and are still flabbergasted by the way we were treated and it is enough for us to never want to do business with this real estate agent. Very unfortunate.

Very bad experience with Mr. Fer Haas, appointment scheduled for Wednesday, July 1st in the evening for viewing a house in Eygelshoven last Saturday. After a fourth attempt, Mr. Haas answered and said he knew nothing about it, very bad business...

Mr. Haas sometimes likes to quickly guide buyers through a house so that you get a good feeling and confidence in it, so that this good man with his good intentions can conceal hidden defects, especially with the selling party from Vught. Ask carefully about any hidden defects. You can't ask Mr. Haas often enough because ultimately he and the selling party from Vught know nothing. This last point is important to know in order to review his purchase agreement properly. If buyers do not do this, then Mr. Haas will leave you behind with a hole in the floor where broken drainpipes are located from toilets, kitchens, etc. These pipes leak and the pipes are blocked. Mr. Haas also doesn't care about the health of the buying parties. If you’re not careful, you will be sold a heating boiler in a dangerous situation because exhaust carbon monoxide leaks and the materials used for it are not the materials that belong to a heating boiler. Mr. Haas states that he has good building knowledge and this is proof that this good man has lied about his unskilled craftsmanship because he just wants to sell! I personally (my findings and justified opinion) think that this good man with his well-intentioned advice is quite bold to dare to sell this house in this condition at an overpriced price to customers. You did not offer the buyer a building inspection report. Then we would have been aware of it. Moreover! I asked you several times about the hidden defects! You said those times that there were none, while they were present. I suspected that the realtor and the selling party from Vught knew about this, but knowingly did not want to mention it before the purchase agreement was signed. Subsequently, the hidden defects were concealed with floorboards where you only discovered them after the day following the visit at the notary's office. In the purchase agreement drawn up by Mr. Haas, the selling party from Vught is indeed released and exempted from the hidden defects.... Taken together, I find this suspicious. So be careful! Mr. Haas also manages to get the buyer to sign the purchase agreement first and then only report that the central heating boiler has a malfunction. That's how this realtor operates. After having a good conversation with the neighbors about the condition of the property, € 113,000 was too high due to the hidden defects. There are simply building defects and cracks everywhere in the extension. The central heating boiler was installed by unskilled craftsmanship in a dangerous situation for people who live there. The € 113,000 is based on your information and your tour with the visible damage and defects you reported. You further stated that everything was fine and at the end of the day, Mr. Haas knows nothing. The selling party from Vught also didn't think it necessary (which would be nice) to be present at this property and purchase to put all the i’s on the dot. We certainly had a negative experience with this realtor and unfortunately a bit of enthusiasm will cause you to drop your guard as a buyer! So pay close attention when buying a house from Mr. Haas.
