Kan niet beter, alles zeer duidelijk ,contact per mail zelfs op feestdagen ,koopcontract ,oplevering en contact met kopers zeer deskundig

TVM kenmerkt zich door het totaal (ontzorg) pakket waarmee ze de , in mijn geval, verkoop hebben begeleid. Daarnaast waren de communicatie (snel/bereikbaar/benaderbaar) het enthousiasme en de deskundigheid eigenschappen die TVM tot de top in de makelaardij laten behoren. Een topper dus en dat zeg ik niet snel.

Wij hebben helaas geen goede ervaring gehad met deze makelaar. In het begin leek alles goed, maar nadat wij het contract hadden getekend veranderde zijn houding. Hij zette ons onder druk om onze huizen snel te verkopen aan de eerste koper, terwijl wij liever wilden wachten op andere geïnteresseerden en mogelijk een beter bod. Ook de communicatie werd slecht en hij reageerde vaak niet op onze berichten. Uiteindelijk voelden wij ons gedwongen om snel te verkopen en dat heeft ons e…
