They do not respond at all or react late to questions asked via email, which makes them negligent in handling tenant inquiries or complaints. Furthermore, during the final settlement, €425,- was charged under the heading of extra provisions, without explanation. Upon inquiry (again after repeatedly insisting on a response via email), it appeared to be a calculation from the year before, which is extremely sloppy. Administration totally NOT in order! And there are many more examples that I can provide that are not clean regarding this branch. Avoid hassle and stay away from this party.
