The start-up was delayed because the photographer didn't want to come by on a sunny day, despite this being agreed upon during the intake meeting with the real estate agent. The asking price was overestimated by the real estate agent. The holiday home was sold approximately 25% below the asking price. Because there were no comparable recreational properties, this is not to be blamed on the real estate agent. In addition to brokerage fees of almost 2%, start-up costs were also charged.
