Always friendly, and also took action physically on two occasions, Mr. is practically minded. Office: upon entering you are immediately in the open workspace of 3 to 4 people who look at you and you get the feeling that you need to speak louder. There should be a reception desk in my opinion or someone should stand up as a fixed point of contact to exchange words with you.
