Ultimately, we received exactly what we had expected. The process proceeded smoothly, and we were excellently kept informed of every development. There is a minus point. When the house was sold on paper, an appraisal report was drawn up for the new owner by an external real estate agent. At that moment, the appraiser wanted to view the house without us knowing. They had received the key from the selling realtor (Kral-Westen). This was not communicated to us. Very sloppy.
