I was perfectly satisfied with this real estate agent. However, I have to wait almost a month and constantly chase them to get my deposit of one month's rent back. This is really ridiculous. And they keep stringing you along, saying it’s coming and that it will be on your account by then at the latest. Well, I'm still waiting. I'm angry! The real estate agent reads the messages and emails but simply doesn't respond back, ugh.

They helped us nicely with the purchase and sale of the house. They are easy to reach and really listen to your wishes. Had a very good experience with Henk and Kim. Definitely recommended.

Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.

We vonden Janneke Stabel deskundig, attent en vriendelijk. Reageert snel. We hoorden op tweede Kerstdag dat ons huis verkocht was! Ook na de ondertekening van het koopcontract kwam er regelmatig een berichtje met de vraag of alles naar wens verliep. We hebben de samenwerking als zeer prettig ervaren!

De communicatie verliep snel en efficiënt, evenals de verkoop. Binnen 10 dagen na kennismaking stond ons huis te koop en een week later was het verkocht. Toen er wat problemen leken te ontstaan na de technische keuring heeft Janneke ons heel snel en goed geholpen, waardoor we niet lang in onzekerheid zaten. Ook heeft ze nog kosteloos meegekeken naar onze koopovereenkomst van een garage, iets wat uiteraard niet tot haar opdracht behoorde.

Vanaf het begin was het contact erg prettig. De broer en zus Stabèl zijn goed bereikbaar en reageren snel op ingesproken boodschappen e.d. We zijn ze dankbaar dat ze voor het huis een mooie prijs hebben weten te realiseren.
