Korte lijntjes, prettig contact. Mooie folder, foto's en uitstraling en door kennis net even dat stukje extra te brengen en niet meteen voor het eerste bod te gaan en de kansen van andere bezichtigingen verder af te tasten door open kaart te spelen.
