Thomas van den Bemd is a broker who does not take responsibility for his mistakes and negligence. I purchased a property in 2020 that was for sale through Thomas. What Thomas failed to mention during the sale was that the property had a partial commercial destination and was a municipal monument. The extra costs for me were 26K+. I had the case brought before the disciplinary board and won on 2 out of three points. Unfortunately, Thomas never wanted to pay for the damage he caused with his negligence.
