Thomas and Kim, real estate agents with a TRULY personal approach, listening ear, empathetic, transparent and they don't see your house as an auction item. I had mainly to do with Thomas, friendly, genuine interest in what I was looking for and the ideas I had regarding the sale of the house, short lines. Thomas van den Bemd is a broker who does not take responsibility for his mistakes and negligence. I purchased a property in 2020 that was for sale through Thomas. What Thomas failed to mention during the sale was that the property had a partial commercial destination and was a municipal monument. The extra costs for me were 26K+. I had the case brought before the disciplinary board and won on 2 out of three points. Unfortunately, Thomas never wanted to pay for the damage he caused with his negligence. I will never do business with him again!
