I recently purchased a property through Van der Sande Makelaars. I experienced the purchasing broker(s) as very involved and flexible. Generally, responses are quick - even outside of office hours - and questions are quickly investigated and addressed.

These are genuine brokers. They think carefully with you and always take your wishes into account. They are very skilled, and if you trust them and go along with their strategy, there is a good chance it will work out well for you. In addition, they were also always friendly in contact. I can only recommend them!

Not such a good experience during the introductory meeting for the sale of our house. Our modern home didn't seem to be to the real estate agent's taste. In addition, the property was immediately equated with a property that had been for sale for a very long time with a completely different finishing level and other specifications. The asking price they advised was well below our WOZ value (in a time of housing shortages and bidding wars?). We therefore decided not to go into business with this real estate agent, and I informed them by email. Unfortunately, no response was received. Luckily, we had a very pleasant experience with another real estate agent who sold our house above the asking price within a week. The unrest that we experienced after the advice from Van der Sande turned out to be unfounded. Update: Following the review, they did contact us.
