Made an appointment in the past to view a house. Time was set aside, but at the last minute it was canceled. A few years later, another beautiful 1930s house came on the market. There was only one viewing day planned and unfortunately it was already full. If they had added an extra viewing day, they would have contacted me. As you can imagine, the house was sold within a week and I never heard from them again.

Dietvorst Borman is a real estate agent from Breda, with good knowledge of the Breda market. From the start of the sale, the agent involves you in all steps to be taken. The contact is professional and informal, focused on solutions, and they get the best for you out of the negotiations. All in all, a real estate agent that I would definitely recommend.

We bought a property through DietvorstBorman (Frank). Despite asking multiple times about defects, a known issue with the toilet was dismissed and not reported back to us. Only after persistent urging did it become clear that this problem still existed, even though the purchase price had already been set. No apologies, no solution. Contact with the sellers was pleasant, but regarding the approach and reliability of the real estate agent, I am very dissatisfied. Not recommended.
