Excellent service

We had Mr. Poell as a purchasing agent. He indicated that a structural survey would not be necessary, unless he didn't trust it. Several viewings were done and ultimately a house was purchased. We believe that he did not fulfill his 'duty of investigation' (which is the expertise service he himself offered) because many issues came to light after the purchase that could have been revealed with a few simple actions. Actions which you would expect an agent to perform if they state they offer this service. In conversations after the purchase, he indicated he wanted to come by, but we first wanted him to answer some questions. He did not respond to this and we heard nothing more from him. We don't feel that we got value for our money. Looking back, we probably would have uncovered more with a structural survey without an agent, for much less money.

Top real estate agency!! One of the agents helped us wonderfully from beginning to end. He invested a lot of time and energy to sell our house quickly.
