This morning I was called as a result of a malfunction. The conversation with the receptionist went smoothly. I was subsequently informed by e-mail about the action to be carried out. The problem was neatly solved today.
It's ridiculous how unprofessional, unprofessional and completely useless this company is.
Useless company. No personal attention and a very rude way of communication. Only assigning tasks in extreme need and especially referring to annual meetings.

Small office with personal attention and expertise. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than you're used to from very large offices, but still always helped correctly and neatly.
Very poorly helped by this company. During a discussion over the phone, the woman said that the order is out and she has helped me. She does not want to see the problem and will not listen to my story. For VVE management, you are better off going to a company that actually cares about your property. This company is more of the type that just moves the lines so they can get off, how long or how it happens is not important to them because they have done their job.
