My experience with starter woning was very positive. Besides delivering me a home, the process went very smoothly. Communication with Stefan was top-notch. He was always available to answer my questions. Unlike many other companies, with starter woning you don't have to fill out extensive forms or go through long procedures. You only need to communicate your housing wishes and as soon as something comes on the market that matches what you are looking for, they will contact you. Registering can literally take 5 minutes. Definitely recommend starter woning.

I was urgently looking for a home and I am very happy that I ended up with Starter Woning. Communication is quick and clear. Because you are not invited with dozens of others for the same property, the chance that you will be allocated the property after a viewing is also greater. We were able to find a home very quickly through Starter Woning, despite the many people looking for housing and the limited supply of homes available. My sister and I have been the new tenants of a very nice little apartment in Breda since this month, and we are very satisfied with Starter Woning! • The communication with Stefan was very pleasant, via Whatsapp or telephone. He always responded quickly to our questions and we could contact him for all sorts of different matters. • Because we were given the opportunity to walk around the apartment (privately) together with Stefan for half an hour and ask questions, our viewing felt very personal. • As sisters (one working and one still studying), it is not easy to find a rental property in this housing market. We were often not even invited for a viewing in advance. At Starter Woning, people who are in such situations are given a chance after all. It is very nice to be invited for a personal viewing where you can get acquainted and thus receive an honest chance. We would recommend Starter Woning to everyone for the above reasons (and for the bottle of cava at the key handover ;))!
