We were recently very well assisted with the sale of our house. The owner Lennart van Oosterhout personally committed to optimally utilize his office's network in the current (quite exciting) market (with rising mortgage rates and uncertainty about value development) to match our home with the search criteria of home seekers. We sold our home quickly and for a price that, in our opinion, was fair to all parties involved. What stands out is the seamless and particularly pleasant cooperation between the real estate agent and the back office (Anne van Eersel). I have done business with this real estate agency several times in the past, and what stands out positively is that they are realistic, respectful, and discreet towards all those involved (both seller and buyer) regardless of their position therein. You often see it differently in an opportunistic market and I find that distinctive. Furthermore, I find the price advice realistic; as a neighbor of ours remarked: 'I think the asking price is manageable', to which I replied: 'it's not about what you ask but what you ultimately get, within what timeframe and conditions, there are real estate agents who may start with an asking price that is 15% higher but remain for sale for a long time, followed by a price adjustment'. Highly recommended and a reliable partner, whether you buy or sell.
