Hein made selling my vacation home much easier for me. The sale went faster than expected and everything ran smoothly; I hardly had to worry about it at all. My questions were always answered quickly, I felt like I was always in good hands, and would definitely recommend him to others.

Con artist par excellence, I bought a chalet through here but only experienced misery and problems. Barely half delivered, no park maintenance, poor contact etc etc and there are about 170 other chalet owners on our park with me, everyone has problems. Unfortunately you only find out later. Let this be a warning !!!

Be careful when buying or selling a holiday home through this real estate agent. We bought a holiday home through Mr. Maasmann. The recruitment and statements were promising, but unfortunately, the support from Mr. Maasmann completely stopped after the – quite simple – purchase. For further questions, we were always referred to the park. Due to many negative experiences with the park and their practices, we decided to sell the house again after 3.5 years. Because of a previously stated obligation, we had to have the house resold through Mr. M. Again, nothing happened for a long time; only after repeated requests to be more proactive, did we find a buyer. At the same time, Mr. M. promised to fully commit to the price. Ultimately, and after the transfer to the buyer, it turned out that Mr. M. had committed himself completely and ensured that the park management – in addition to the 10% commission – directly invoiced or rather withheld the annual rent from the buyer. He refused to acknowledge that he had negotiated this out of the selling price and advised us to contact the park. Throughout the entire, very frustrating period, from the purchase of the house to the sale, there were countless other examples where Mr. M. acted in the interest of both the park management and himself.

With the help of Mr. Hein Maasmann, we found our beautiful holiday home on the Veluwemeer. Mr. Maasmann guided us in a friendly and expert manner during the purchase of our holiday home. It was always a pleasure to work with him. Whatever the questions were, he always offered us reliable support and also suggested alternatives. Friendly realtor, but there were also quite a few untruths (lies) told about the future of the holiday park to make it seem better than it is.

Seems like a nice guy. Very talkative but can't back up his words. Told us about a very good return that our holiday home would generate. Nothing came of it at all. We even had to chase money. We couldn't reach the overall boss of the parks at all to express our dissatisfaction, so we just approached him. He said he would help us, but nothing came of it. People, don’t listen to his talk but do your own research first before deciding to buy a holiday home. The costs of a recreational park are incredibly high and your occupancy rate really needs to be high to get that out of it. Don't forget the insurance for the house, and e.g., WOZ . In addition, if you have a mortgage, those costs are added as well. You really need to rent out a lot to get all of this back. Don’t let anyone fool you and do your own research. This guy is a smooth talker, unfortunately we were led astray and suffered from his words. We haven't generated any return at all and it can only be hoped that this improves in the future.
