We are happy with van Liessum. Van Liessum sold us a house four years ago and it already felt so familiar that we engaged them four years later to sell the house again. The real estate agent communicates quickly and correctly. Andrew even responded while he was on vacation. Very neat. Moreover, he comes across as relaxed, natural and reliable. No slick and exaggerated 'popie-jopie' practices therefore, but just a solid realtor style. The photos were also beautiful. The process further proceeded smoothly. Uploading documentation via the Move platform is also easy and largely automated. After viewings, we received a neat summary of how it went in the Move platform and via WhatsApp. Van Liessum has, as far as I can see, three employees, including the owner. As far as I am concerned, this is an advantage because you always have contact with the same familiar people. Our house was sold within 7 working days with tightly planned viewing days in good consultation. Top experience. Recommended!
