De verwachting over het tijdsbestek van de verkoop waren positiever dan de werkelijkheid. Het voorstel van 2 dagdelen van 5 bezichtigingen werd niet gehaald, over de twee dagdelen waren slechts 4 kijkers zonder biedingen. De bodemprijs vonden wij te laag maar werd niet verhoogd, het eerste en enigste bod Was dan ook een tegenvaller met weinig ruimte voor een hoger bod.
