It is certainly a nice real estate agent if you want to sell your own house, but don't get into bed with them if you care about your fellow human beings (buyers). In our case, the terms were suddenly changed unilaterally, two weeks after a verbal agreement. This caused us a lot of headaches and extra costs. All this under the guidance of no understanding whatsoever and terrible communication, including not returning calls (after promising to return them). This caused us to be on the verge of withdrawing as a buyer, after we had already been hanging on the line for three weeks as 'buyers'. Also as a seller, it's nice not to be caught off guard. I doubt this real estate agent can guarantee that. I would certainly never sell my house with this real estate agent. Remarkably enough, the property is still listed as 'Sold subject to conditions' on Funda, 9 months after handover...
