Great help with the purchase of our new house. Ella is very accessible and always willing to brainstorm or discuss what's convenient. Following a viewing, we were forced to pray (buyer unfriendly), during the viewing it was indicated that the price counts but also other points, ultimately we were told that the bid would not be accepted, those other points do not apply and we were wrongly informed. Also, the asking price wasn't mentioned either, which is why we made the highest offer. Not recommended to do business with.

The only (almost) without language errors on her website. Most pleasant was the good balance between, on the one hand, sufficiently formal and polite, and on the other hand, approachable and informal. Perhaps somewhat optimistic in a declining market, but which broker wasn't? I would call again like this next time.

During the viewing, we were told that we would not meet the rental requirements. This while we had already sent our data in advance and they therefore made us come to the viewing for nothing...
I advise to stay away from this annoying realtor.
